Promotion. Participants who attend a complimentary consultation are eligible to receive one Thnks.com e-gift card for $70.00 USD (“Gift Card”) (collectively, the “Promotion”). This Promotion is offered by Partners in Leadership, LLC, a California limited liability company d/b/a Culture Partners.
Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on April 5, 2025 at 12am EDT and ends on June 30, 2025 at 12am EDT (the “Promotion Period”). Promotion is limited to a first come, first served basis for a limited number of Gift Cards. Culture Partners reserves the right to end the Promotion Period without notice once the Gift Card supply ends.
Promotion Eligibility/Participation. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is open to individuals who a) are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions); b) are at least 18 years of age; c) are not currently Culture Partner clients; and d) have had prior contact with Culture Partners; and e) attend a complimentary consultation with Culture Partners. You may opt out of this Promotion at any time before, during or within 24 hours after the Promotion Period by emailing marcia.lamb@culturepartners.com.
Gift Card. You will receive a $70 Thnks.com Gift Card by email within 48 hours after you attend the complimentary consultation. The Gift Card will be sent to the email address you provide.
The Gift Card is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Culture Partners reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or fraud prevention.
No substitution or transfer of Gift Cards is permitted. No requests for the cash equivalent by recipients is permitted. This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period.
Each Gift Card recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of a Gift Card including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the Gift Card recipient in receiving or using the Gift Card.
Each Gift Card will be sent “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You agree that Culture Partner’s decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gift Cards are final. Any Gift Card not claimed under these Terms and Conditions may be deemed, in Culture Partner’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to Culture Partners.
Rights Granted by You. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to receive email notifications periodically from Culture Partners. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the notification.
Limitation of Liability. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Culture Partners and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Promotion gift card, (ii) technical failures of any kind caused as a result of receiving the Promotion gift card; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of Internet service which precludes you from accepting the Promotion gift card; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
Additional Terms. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Culture Partners is not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your Gift Card. Culture Partners may use any information provided in accordance with its general Privacy Policy, which policy provides ways to opt out of any information sharing. Culture Partners may be required to disclose the information about each Gift Card recipient to state regulatory authorities. You may request the names of Gift Card recipients by emailing marcia.lamb@culturepartners.com. Culture Partners reserves the right to change without notice the Terms & Conditions of this promotion or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
