Sweepstakes. Participants who attend the Change Management in Action: Inspiring Buy-In, Beliefs, & Behavior webinar on September 17, 2025 at 2PM ET (collectively, the “Sweepstakes”) will have an opportunity to enter to win a free ticket to SHRM’s Blueprint event in Louisville, Kentucky on October 26-29, 2025 (“SHRM Blueprint Ticket”). Winners will be chosen at random. This Sweepstakes is offered by Partners in Leadership, LLC, a California limited liability company d/b/a Culture Partners.
Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on September 17, 2025 at 2pm ET and ends on September 19, 2025 at 12am ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes winners will be contacted on September 19, 2025 via the email provided for the webinar registration.
Sweepstakes Eligibility/Participation. No purchase or attendance is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you are unable to attend the webinar for any reason, you may enter the Sweepstakes by emailing your consent to entry to blair.dawson@culturepartners.com before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who a) are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions); b) are at least 18 years of age; c) are not currently Culture Partner clients or employees of Culture Partners clients; and d) are not Culture Partners employees or contractors.
SHRM Blueprint Ticket Rules. You will receive a link to the SHRM Blueprint Ticket by email before the event if you are chosen as a Sweepstakes winner. The SHRM Blueprint Ticket will be sent to the email address provided for the webinar registration.
Each SHRM Blueprint Ticket recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of the SHRM Blueprint Ticket including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might be incurred by the SHRM Blueprint Ticket recipient in receiving or using the SHRM Blueprint Ticket, including but not limited to travel, lodging and meals.
The SHRM Blueprint Ticket is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Culture Partners reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or fraud prevention.
No substitution of the SHRM Blueprint Ticket is permitted. Sweepstakes winner may transfer the SHRM Blueprint Ticket to another person within their organization, only. Otherwise, the SHRM Blueprint Ticket is non-transferable. No requests for the cash equivalent by recipients are permitted. This offer is valid only during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each SHRM Blueprint Ticket will be sent “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. You agree that Culture Partner’s decisions related to the Sweepstakes and the distribution of the SHRM Blueprint Ticket are final. Any SHRM Blueprint Ticket not claimed under these Terms and Conditions may be deemed, in Culture Partner’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to Culture Partners.
Rights Granted by You. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email notifications periodically from Culture Partners. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the notification.
Limitation of Liability. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Culture Partners and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Sweepstakes gift card, (ii) technical failures of any kind caused as a result of receiving the Sweepstakes gift card; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of Internet service which precludes you from accepting the Sweepstakes gift card; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Additional Terms. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Culture Partners is not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your SHRM Blueprint Ticket. Culture Partners may use any information provided in accordance with its general Privacy Policy, which policy provides ways to opt out of any information sharing. Culture Partners may be required to disclose the information about each SHRM Blueprint Ticket recipient to state regulatory authorities. You may request the names of SHRM Blueprint Ticket recipients by emailing blair.dawson@culturepartners.com. Culture Partners reserves the right to change without notice the Terms & Conditions of this Sweepstakes or modify or end this Sweepstakes at any time without notice.
