Which type of culture yields 316% revenue growth?

We conducted research in concert with Stanford University in H1 of 2023, studying 243 organizations in the process. Our results indicated that the most revenue growth doesn’t come from task-driven cultures, or even heavy deadline-driven cultures — it comes from cultures focused on adaptability, resilience, and flexibility.
